Creating personalized care plans that honor the individual’s wishes

Our Palliative Care and Comfort Services focus on providing holistic, compassionate care for residents with serious, chronic, or terminal illnesses. We prioritize symptom management such as pain, nausea, breathlessness, and anxiety while also addressing emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. Our interdisciplinary care team works closely with residents and families to create personalized care plans that honor the individual’s wishes and improve quality of life. Whether a resident is transitioning from curative to comfort-focused care or requires support during the end-of-life stage, we are committed to delivering dignity, empathy, and support every step of the way.
