Our facility provides Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) for residents who are unable to meet their nutritional needs through oral or enteral (tube) feeding. TPN is a life-sustaining therapy that delivers a customized blend of nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals directly into the bloodstream through a central venous catheter. This treatment is managed by an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, registered dietitians, pharmacists, and nurses who monitor lab values, adjust formulations, and ensure safe catheter care. Our goal is to support healing, prevent malnutrition, and improve overall health and quality of life in residents with complex medical conditions.
